An Award to Honor our most devoted MembersIn 1992, an awards program was started by the Board to honor persons who have given an extra measure of service to the Quinlan. The first group of award winners were selected by the Quinlan Board with the plan that future recipients were to be selected by the past recipients. The new recipients are selected by the most immediate past three groups with earlier groups retiring from the selection process unless impressed into service because of a shortage of persons ordinarily eligible to serve. The medals presented are bronze and were designed by Bob Owens and struck by Joe Emery. Below is a list of the Medallion Award recipients from 1992 to present.
