Jim Chapman in Watercolor Magazine

Local artist Jim Chapman is featured in the August 2007 edition of Watercolor Magic Magazine. Chapman, whose work has appeared in numerous Quinlan exhibitions is also a member of the Board of Trustees and the Marketing Committee Chairman that initiated the popular "Paint the Town" event that occurred this May.
