Re-Hatched Artist Market, Saturday, April 28

6th Annual "Re-Hatched" Art Market CALL FOR ARTISTS
“Recycled Art” can be defined as art created from old, used or repurposed items and even day to day “trash.” From
these components, artists are able to create something new, attractive and useful. By doing this, we end up lessening the amount of trash and waste that goes into our landfills and breathe new life into the components through the creation of brand-new, aesthetically pleasing works. Recycled art, also referred to as “junque art” is as an environmentally-friendly art form from re-used waste products, helping to keep the environment clean.
BOOTH FEE IS $50. (Booth fee is non-refundable.)
Entry Requirements:
1. All creations must have obvious elements of recycled, repurposed, up-cycled or reclaimed materials.
2. Application and images must be received before Monday, April 2nd for review.
3. Review process is only to ensure that all participants meet the recycled art definition where the majority of the work
(80%) is made from repurposed items.
4. Submit photos of the work you will be displaying, including images of your booth if you have them.
5. Booth spaces will be assigned in the order in which applications are received. There is a booth fee of $50.
6. Limited spaces available by type of art presented. There are limited spaces per category of art submitted.
