Expressive Art Therapy 

​​Expressive arts therapy can awaken creativity and strengthen problem solving skills. This creative experience can inspire self-awareness and enhance overall mood. These benefits can fit anyone. No prior art experience is necessary to enjoy the process of creating. Expressive arts therapy is another way to communicate without words.

Lettering for Relaxation

Ages 9+ on Saturdays, 6 weeks begins April 15th thru May 20th
With pens, ink, markers & colored pencils create writing, stamping art, drawing and make a Junk journal card/ collage.

Introduction to Interpretive Art

9th - 12th grade
Class dates: April 19th - June 7
This introduction class is designed to cultivate one’s artistic style and to find which art medium suits them best. The goal of this class is to create a safe space where students can harbor their talents and discover the diversity of their abilities. Each class will be tailored to the students present each week to allow for a personal experience. Class will begin with each student choosing a word/song that holds meaning to them. From there we will use the chosen word as a guideline for the week’s medium. ​
