About the Instructor

A native of Atlanta, Leslie Beitchman has been exploring the art of watercolor for over 23 years. Inspired by the purchase of an original watercolor for her home, she has pursued extensive study throughout the Atlanta area, including Marietta, Sandy Springs, and Acworth, refining her skills through numerous classes and workshops.
She delights in the playful, dynamic nature of watercolor, exploring a variety of techniques and styles in her own work. Her passion for the medium extends to teaching, where she enjoys guiding students of all levels in discovering the joy of painting. With many original works sold, Leslie believes art is not only a form of creative expression but also a therapeutic practice—an opportunity to experiment, play, and enjoy the process.
