10 AM - 12:30 PM Members $247 | Non-members $265 This class will focus on using the potter's wheel; students will throw primary cylinder forms and learn how to manipulate and change these forms into vases, bowls, and plates.
Little to no experience with the potter's wheel is required. Students will learn how to center, open, and pull up the walls of the cylinder forms to create functional pieces. Please bring an apron and towel to class. Some tools will be provided in the pottery studio for students to use. As the class progresses, you will need a notebook. Come and play in the clay! |
