Nairika comes to the Quinlan with extensive experience in developing and promoting the arts throughout the community and region. She has a master’s degree in Business Administration and a bachelor of arts degree in Arts Management and Dance Pedagogy from Brenau University. Prior to that she received her Advanced Performer Ballet Certification from London’s Royal Academy of Dancing. Nairika has most recently worked with The Arts Council for ten years implementing marketing and Arts in Schools initiatives. “We are very excited to welcome someone of Nairika’s caliber and enthusiasm to the Quinlan,” said Betsy Adams, president of the Board of Trustees. “The Quinlan has thrived under Amanda Shelnutt’s leadership for the last 15 years, and we look forward to new growth, outreach and collaborations in the coming years. Nairika’s art background, business acumen and vision are an excellent fit for our organization.” With a passion for the arts, the Executive Director is a strategic planner and an ambassador for the Quinlan to the community and the region, developing and nurturing relationships with artists, supporters, members, collectors and influencers.
