Summer STEAM Camp: Integrating Science, Engineering, and the Arts
This summer, our STEAM camp offers a dynamic, interdisciplinary experience that emphasizes the vital role of the arts within science, tactile learning, engineering, and environmental exploration. Inspired by the work of featured artist Ed Heck, the program engages students in thoughtfully designed, hands-on projects that integrate core scientific concepts—such as light, refraction, reflection, and natural patterning—with creative expression.
Through a focus on repurposing materials and sustainable practices, campers will explore the intersection of innovation and environmental responsibility. This unique approach encourages critical thinking, collaboration, and a deeper appreciation for the natural world—all while nurturing artistic growth.
